Tipsy Spring Resort wants to provide a safe, quiet, and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests. To ensure the comfort and safety of all, we ask that all guests abide by the following guidelines:

✅ Guest Policy:

• Guests and non-registered guests are strictly not permitted during your stay.
• No parties or loud music after 10:00 PM.

🍽️ Policy for Food & Beverage:

• No outside food, beverages, and snacks are allowed on the premises.
• Drinking alcohol is permissible only in moderation and in authorized areas.
• Smoking and alcohol consumption are not allowed in rooms or near the swimming pool.

🚫 Prohibited Activities:

• No drugs, narcotics, or weapons under any circumstances.
• Any illegal act will be reported to the authorities forthwith.

🔐 Safety & Identification:

• Guests are liable for their personal belongings.
• All guests 18 years and older should produce valid government-approved photo ID with address (Aadhar, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport).
• Even kids under 8 years should carry documents to facilitate check-in.

🏚️ Property Policy:

• Damage to property by guests will be billed.
• Any inappropriate behavior or breach of house rules can lead to rejection or cancellation of booking without any refund.
